Do you know how to fix M14x R3 BIOS failure/corruption?

Hey guys i was wondering if anyone has ever had the same problem? My M14x R3 powers the leds, usb drive, disc drive, and fans but it doesnt show anything on the screen and only beeps 1 time. Is my motherboard toast, or is there hope for me? I just got the laptop and would be really bummed out if i went and spent all this money for it just to die on me. Any help would be much appreciated!
